ARA Rhythm Cycling
Our Rhythm Cycling classes are 45–60 minutes of full-body training built around music, movement, and the bike.
You’re not just riding to the beat. You’re learning to coordinate your body, follow rhythm, move with intention, and combine cycling with choreography—creating a workout that challenges both your cardiovascular fitness and movement quality.
