Rhythm of Progress is our philosophy that consistent effort creates unstoppable momentum. The rhythm is the work you put in here—every stroke, every rep, and every beat you show up for. This consistent rhythm is what fuels your progress outside the studio, translating into mental clarity for your career, the resilience for your ambitions, and the quiet confidence to own your day.

Mechanics

Challenge date: August 25-October 5, 2025

  • Points System

    Individual Points:

    • 1 Point: For every standard cycling / bootcamp / stretch attendance

    • 2 Points: For attending an 8:00 AM or 8:15 PM class

    • 3 Points: For attending special or theme rides (X Ride, 60 mins ride, duo rides, etc)

    • 1 Point: For checking in on social media (Facebook/Instagram story or post) and tagging ARA (Limit one per day, confirmed by the operations team).

    • 3 Points: For bringing a new friend to a class (friend must sign up for a trial or class pack)

    At the end of the challenge, bonus points will be awarded on the following:

    • 5 Points: Naming all the operations team members

    • 5 Points: Attending at least one class from all the coaches

    • 5 Points: Knowing the birthdate of all the coaches

  • Team Points:

    Teams will earn points based on the collective individual scores of their members. The total number of scores collected by all team members will be their team score.

    Team Formation

    • Studio-Assigned Teams: To truly foster connection, we'll divide participants into teams of 4-6 individuals (depending on number of joiners by week 3). This helps mix regulars with newer members and those who typically attend different class types, encouraging new interactions. We will announce the teams on the 3rd week of the challenge. 

    • Team Captains: Each team will have a designated captain. This could be a staff member or a highly engaged member who will help motivate their team and ensure everyone understands the challenge.

    Tracking Progress

    • Challenge Leaderboard: The challenge board poster on the lobby will act as the main leaderboard to see the progress of each team.

Cycle

Our cycle classes are designed as a full-body, rhythm-based experience that connects your mind, body, and the music.

  • What You'll Learn: During this time, our coaches will place a special emphasis on the fundamentals: proper form, the importance of resistance variations, and how to master different cadences. You'll learn why we ride to the beat and how to make every single pedal stroke a powerful, intentional movement.

  • The Goal: To transform your ride from simple cardio into a mindful practice, helping you build endurance, strength, and a deeper connection to the rhythm.

Bootcamp

Our bootcamp classes are a structured program designed to build functional, real-world strength that serves you both in and out of the studio.

  • What You'll Learn: This time, we will focus on breaking down the foundational movements of our bootcamp program: from the perfect squat to the powerful burpees. Our coaches will guide you through the "how" and "why" of each exercise, focusing on technique to maximize results and prevent injury.

  • The Goal: To build your confidence and competence on the floor. You won't just be lifting weights; you'll be building a solid foundation of strength, one perfect rep at a time.

stretch

Our stretching class is the third pillar of your training. It’s not a passive cooldown; it’s an active practice designed to improve your performance.

  • What You'll Learn: This time, we will focus on the crucial difference between various stretching techniques and when to use them. You'll learn how to use mindful movement and breathwork to release tension, increase your range of motion with mobility-focused movements, and listen to what your body truly needs.

  • The Goal: To build a more mobile, resilient, and injury-proof body. You'll understand that recovery is not the opposite of work—it's the final, crucial step in the rhythm of your progress.
